All orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. If ordered after 4pm the order will be dispatched the following day.
Standard delivery is normally 1 – 3 working days via Royal Mail.
We offer the original manufacturers item and a compatible alternative for a cheaper price on most items.
Return details are to be completed stating reason for return, on the reverse of the invoice which was enclosed with your delivery.
Sorry we do not exchange items. You can return an item for a refund and then order the item you require.
Yes we are happy to take orders over the telephone on our customer services number between the hours of 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Please have product codes for the items you require from our website to pass to our customer services person.
Please allow 1 – 3 working days for your delivery. It may be worth checking with the local sorting office after this time to see if the item is waiting for collection, as in some cases a card has not always been left. Please note we operate a 18 working day policy for lost/non delivered parcels.
Please complete the reverse of the invoice sent with your item within 14 days for a refund. Please ensure that the item is in a unused/unfitted state and in its original packaging. Items should then be wrapped and packaged to prevent damage and preaddressed label attached. Please note that we will not refund any Dyson or original manufacturers boxes/packaging that has had labels stuck to it or which has been written on. We cannot refund items that have been damaged during transit on its return to us.
As soon as the item is received and credited, we will email you to inform you when this has been completed. We will process your refund within 10 working days.
